A Reiki Treatment lasts for one hour.

Cost: $85 per session & a $15 Kama'aina discount is available.

What does a Reiki Treatment entail? On meeting the practitioner you will spend a few minutes talking about whatever brings you to the treatment at this time and to discuss any medical conditions you have. You will be then be invited to lie fully clothed on a massage couch with a light blanket over you. You can choose to sit on a chair if this is more comfortable for you. Closing your eyes allows you to relax more fully as the practitioner places her/his hands over different parts of your body - many practitioners will hold their hands just slightly above your body. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the experience. You may experience changes in your body temperature as the practitioner moves their hands. Some recipients see colors, lights and/or images. Others merely feel relaxed and sleepy. At the end of the session you will have a few minutes to talk with the practitioner whilst you drink some water to hydrate your body.

Is Reiki suitable for everyone? Reiki is not advised if:

• you have a pacemaker
• you are under 12 weeks pregnant
• you are suffering from a mental health condition
• you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
