Choosing Love
This truly is an incredible time for each of us to choose to incarnate on this planet. Together we are co-creating a new way of being.
Like any major change, the initial stages involve some disruption to the status quo. This has been occuring in all major areas of our lives including: our core collective structures - financial, political and educational, our relationships - both intimate and with friends and colleagues, our health and wellbeing and our concept of work and vocation. The planet itself, is also literally shifting on its axis, manifesting in earthquakes and other fairly extreme weather conditions.
Understanding what is going on can be helpful for many of us. However, part of the change is an invitation to understand through our heart, rather than solely through our mind. As this is in fact our natural state of being, the only requirement is a willingness to choose to do so. Once we choose to make this shift, we open ourselves to any potential blocks and armor around our heart, allowing it to be released and cleared. This enables us to reconnect with loving ourselves unconditionally and hence to loving others, who in turn mirror love back to us. The Hawaiian term 'Aloha,' is the closest to the unconditional 'love,' that is the true essence of who we all are.
Fear is the opposite of love and until now it has served us well in acting as a contrast to love, in a world that was built on duality, as polarity. However, in the world we are now creating, based on the unity of all, fear no longer has a role and hence we are free to release it. In doing so, we will find ourselves no longer requiring the emotions that derive from fear, including anger, jelousy, control etc (There are some downloadable exercises on releasing Fear and Anger on the following website: www.ascension101.com)
Releasing the burden of what we no longer need, lightens our mind and emotions, enabling us to notice with excitement, the newly budding seeds of Joy within us and around us. This is the new world we are all creating right now - an enlightened world of love.
To help us on this amazing part of our journey, there are a number of individuals amongst us, who have maintained and devoloped the ability to work with energy, which many of us forgot early in life. Increasingly their work is becoming public, to assist us if we so wish.
